* 병렬구조(parallelism)은 스타일이나 문법 둘다 일관성있게 쓰여야 합니다.

Rule 28: 동사가 "-ed" 로 끝나면 "-ed"로 써야 하고 "-ing" 로 끝나면 "-ing"로 써야 한다는 말입니다.

Incorrect: In the summer before college, Max was a waiter at a restaurant, pursued magazine sales, and even had a stint at delivering pizzas.
잘못된 문장: 대학에 들어가기 전 여름에, 맥스는 식당에서 웨이터로 일했고, 잡지 영업을 했고, 피자를 배달하면서까지 절약을 했습니다.
Q48: In the summer before college, Max __________ tables, __________ magazines, and even __________ pizzas.
A48: In the summer before college, Max waited tables, sold magazines, and even delivered pizzas.
대학에 들어가기 전 여름 맥스는 웨이터로 일했고, 잡지를 팔았고, 피자까지 배달했습니다.
